Shane Michael Boose (born July 5, 2005), known professionally as sombr, is an American singer, songwriter and producer from New York City. sombr began creating music during the pandemic, composing and producing independently in his bedroom from an early age. He cites artists such as Radiohead, Bon Iver, Phoebe Bridgers, and Jeff Buckley as key influences on his songwriting and sonic approach.
