Mariah Amani Buckles, known professionally as Mariah the Scientist, was born on October 27, 1997 in Atlanta, Georgia. The singer-songwriter then moved to New York City as a St. John’s University biology student (hence “the Scientist”), 24-year-old R&B singer Mariah the Scientist has always followed her heart.
